  • The rate is applicable to Malaysian or non-Malaysian individuals, regardless of whether they are toddler, adults, children, or senior citizens.
  • WynSports Family Package requires four (4) persons to enter together on the same date.
  • When activating any game or ride within the package, the entire ticket will expire on the same day of activation, irrespective of whether the ticket has been fully redeemed.
  • This package can be redeemed through our mobile app by downloading the i-City SuperApp from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, where your ticket will be credited to your account under "Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets.” Proceed to the attraction and flash the QR code from the mobile app. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp).
  • Prior to entering WynSports, all visitors (or their parent/guardian if under the applicable age) must complete a "Waiver Form."
    Adult/Guardian Completion: The Waiver Form must be completed by:
    • Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves.
    • Parents or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age).
  • Every individual is required to wear grip socks that meets the requirements of WynSports.
  • Every individual are request to follow the rules and instructions given by the park attendants in WynSports.
  • Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises.
  • Participation in WynSports activities is at your own risk. The park is NOT liable for incidents unrelated to equipment quality or malfunctions. Any accidents or injuries resulting from a visitor's violation of these Terms and Conditions or park rules are the sole responsibility of the visitor.
  • WynSports does NOT provide supervision. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing. WynSports is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • NO outside food and drinks allowed in the park.
  • NO SMOKING inside the park. Vaping and electronic cigarettes are also NOT allowed.
  • Jewelry or sharp objects are NOT permitted in the park. Participants should refrain from wearing or carrying loose items such as steel belt buckles, key chains, or hard objects in their pockets.
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete.
  • No refunds will be issued due to attraction maintenance, closures, or inclement weather.
  • This offer is available ONLINE and i-City SuperApp only.
  • Visit date has to be BEFORE 1st May 2025.

General

  • Adult: 17 years old and above (determine by the year of birth).
  • Child: Above 90cm - 16 years old (determine by the year of birth).
  • Infant/Toddler: Individual below 90cm (child price applies for infant and toddler and MUST be accompanied at all times by a PAID ADULT aged 17 years and above).
  • Senior Citizen: Above 60 years old (adult price applies for senior citizens).
  • Individuals with Disabilities (OKU): are allowed to enter but MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult or a guardian. Individual with mobility disabilities are NOT RECOMMENDED to enter, as the venue may not be convenient for them.
  • Pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions are advised NOT to participate for their safety.
  • Prams & Wheelchair are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into WynSports.
