All transactions/purchased tickets is NON-EXCHANGEABLE and/or NON-REFUNDABLE for cash or any other items.

Purchased tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE. For security purposes, i-City reserves the right to check and disallow the redemption of ticket if the redemption is not collected by the guest(s) as stated on the identification card (IC) or passport on the redemption ticket.

No replacement or extension will be given for any stolen, lost, damaged and/or expired ticket or any other circumstances.

Redemption of ticket must be in ONE transaction only. No partial redemption allowed (eg. if you purchased 3 adults tickets, you will have to utilize/redeem all the 3 tickets at any one time and if you purchased the Combo with 2 attractions, you will have to utilize all the 2 tickets on the same day).

Kindly present this ticket voucher at i-City online ticketing counter (next to SnoWalk) for redemption with identity card or passport.

i-City reserves the right not to honor any online sales transaction if there is a reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent and if inaccurate and incomplete information was not provided at the time of transaction.

The Management reserves the right to close any ride and attraction, cancel / postpone showtime or event at any time for technical or operational reasons including inclement of weather.

The owners and management of i-City Theme Park shall under no circumstances whatsoever to be held liable for any injuries, loss or damage to property and persons, however it caused.

Entry to the rides and attractions in i-City Theme Park is subjected to the height and weight restrictions imposed for the safety of guests.
