  • Ticket entry is VALID for THE DATE OF VISIT only.
  • The SkySplash Deal package includes (1) ONE entry to SkyCity Tower and WaterWorld on the SAME DATE only.
  • This package is redeemable by using our mobile app with the download i-City SuperApp from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your ticket will be credited to your account under "Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets.” Proceed to each attraction and flash the QR code from the mobile app. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp)
  • Floats and raincoates are available for FREE. No extra charges.
  • Proper swimming attire is required.
  • NO outside food and drinks allowed into SkyCity Tower and WaterWorld, except baby formula.
  • The Multi-Entry Pass wristband allows UNLIMITED access to WaterWorld only for the same day upon your request at the entrance checkpoint.
  • No refund due to maintenance, ride closure and inclement weather.
  • NO REFUND or exchange of ticket to cash after purchase transaction is completed.

      • Infant/Toddler*: Below 90cm (Free of charge). Infants unable to walk and below 1 year old are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO RIDE SKYCITY SLIDE for safety reasons.
      • Child: 90cm and above, up to 10 years old. (MUST be accompanied by a PAID ADULT at all times)
      • Adult: Ages 11 to 59.
      • Senior Citizen: 60 years old and above (Child price applies.)
      • Age: Determined based on the year of birth.
      • OKU/Wheelchair user/Pregnant mom: Entry to rides and attractions at i-City Theme Park for OKU (persons with disabilities), wheelchair users, and pregnant mothers is subject to the park's safety regulations and terms and conditions. Kindly call in for further inquiries.
      • Individuals with Health Conditions: Those with high blood pressure, heart disease, mental health disorders, fear of heights or water, susceptibility to motion sickness, intoxication, or other medical conditions are strongly advised NOT to participate in this activity.
      • Prams & Wheelchairs are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into SkyCity Tower.
