Package Redemption VALID until 30th March 2025.

• The rate is applicable to Malaysian or non-Malaysian individuals, regardless of whether they are adults, children, or senior citizens.
• Immersive Winterland Special (single entry for all rides in operations) is VALID for SAME day only.
• When activating any game or ride within the package, the entire ticket will expire on the same day of activation, irrespective of whether the ticket has been fully redeemed.
• This package can be redeemed through our mobile app by downloading the i-City SuperApp from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, where your ticket will be credited to your account under "Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets.” Proceed to the attraction and flash the QR code from the mobile app. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp).
• Each Immersive Winterland ticket purchase includes one (1) complimentary ticket to Ferris Wheel.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete.
• No refunds will be issued due to attraction maintenance, closures, or inclement weather.
• This offer is available ONLINE and i-City SuperApp only.

• Infant/Toddler: Any individual below 90cm in height. Note: Free of charge.
• Child: Any individual 90cm in height or taller, and up to 10 years of age. Note: Children MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (11 years or older) at all times.
• Adult: Any individual aged 11 to 59 years.
• Senior Citizen: Any individual aged 60 years or older. 
• Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth.
• OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, which translates to Individuals with Disabilities.
• Individuals with Disabilities (OKU): Entry for individuals with disabilities (OKU) is subject to the safety regulations and general terms and conditions of i-City Theme Park. Please contact us directly for further inquiries.
• 360° Immersive Explorer (Cinema): Children must be 120cm & above to enter the 360 Immersive Explorer. Pregnant women, individuals with hypertension or heart disease, and OKU with Mobility Disability are NOT allowed to enter for safety reasons.
• Ferris Wheel: Entry for individuals with disabilities (OKU) particularly with mobility disabilities/ wheelchair users/ pregnant women are STRICTLY PROHIBITED due to safety reasons.
• Prams and Wheelchair: Prams and wheelchair are NOT ALLOWED in Immersive Winterland.
• General Safety: Entry to all i-City Theme Park rides and attractions is subject to safety height, and the park's general terms and conditions.
