  • Rate is applicable for Malaysian & International.
  • Every participant must be at least 120cm and above to use the VR equipment.
  • Every participant are request to follow the rules and instructions given by the park attendants in Virtual Sports.
  • Every participant is required to wear the VR headset securely and follow instructions from the park attendants.
  • Each session is limited to 7 minutes.
  • Each session requires a minimum of two participants to start the VR experience journey.
  • This package is redeemable by using our mobile app with the download i-City SuperApp from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your ticket will be credited to your account (My e-Tix). Proceed to each attraction and flash the QR code from the mobile app. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp).
  • Participation is at your own risk and participants are responsible for adhering to safety guidelines. The park is not liable for any accidents resulting from rule violations or incidents unrelated to equipment quality.
  • Jewelry or sharp objects are NOT permitted in the park. Participants should refrain from wearing or carrying loose items such as steel belt buckles, key chains, or hard objects in their pockets.
  • NO outside food and drinks allowed in the park.
  • NO SMOKING inside the park. Vaping and electronic cigarettes are also NOT allowed.
  • No refund due to maintenance, ride closure and inclement weather.
  • NO REFUND or exchange of ticket to cash after purchase transaction is completed.

  • Pregnant women and participant with certain medical conditions are advised not to participate for safety reasons.
  • Participant must not enter the Virtual Sports under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Participant must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by the VR experience, such as epilepsy or heart conditions.
  • Participant with a history of seizures, fainting, or other medical conditions triggered by VR should avoid using the equipment.
  • VR equipment is not recommended for individuals with pacemakers or other sensitive medical devices.
  • Participant with severe nearsightedness or those wearing glasses should exercise caution when using VR equipment.
