Package Details

1. Definitions and Age Categories

• Infant/Toddler: Any individual below 90cm in height. Note: Free of charge.
• Child: Any individual 90cm in height or taller, and up to 10 years of age. Note: Children MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (17 years or older) at all times.
• Adult: Any individual aged 11 to 59 years. Note: Individuals under 16 years old MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (17 years or older) at all times.
• Senior Citizen: Any individual aged 60 years or older. (Child pricing applies)
• Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth.
• OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, which translates to Individuals with Disabilities.

2. Pricing and Entry

• Nationality: Package prices are applicable to both Malaysian and Non-Malaysian visitors.
• Ticket Redemption: Package entry is exclusively redeemable through the i-City SuperApp. The purchased package will be credited to your account under "Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets." Present the QR code from the i-City SuperApp at each attraction for entry. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp)
• Valid Ticket and Wristband Required: All visitors within Digital Sports Arena must possess a valid ticket and wear the issued wristband.
• Valid Visit Period: Tickets can be used on any date BEFORE 1 January 2026, subject to attraction availability. No extensions will be granted.
• Same-Day Use Only: Ticket entry is VALID for the SAME DAY of redemption only. No carry-forward or re-entry on another day is allowed.
• Unlimited Entry:  Digital Sports Arena provides unlimited entry on the same day of your visit.
• Activation and Expiry: Once any attractions or ride within the package is activated, the entire ticket becomes valid for the same day only, regardless of whether all entitlements have been used.
• Single Redemption Session: Tickets purchased in a single transaction must be redeemed together and CANNOT be split across multiple days or users.
  
• Surcharge for Non-Compliance: Any visitor found inside the park without a valid ticket and wristband will be liable to a surcharge of RM300.00.
• Locker Rental: Small lockers are RM6 and large lockers are RM10

3. Mandatory Waiver Form

• Waiver Required: Prior to entering Digital Sports Arena, all visitors must complete a "Waiver Form."
• Adult/Guardian Completion: The Waiver Form must be completed by:
  • Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves.
  • Parents or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age).
• Failure to complete the form will deny entry to Digital Sports Arena.

4. Safety and Conduct Rules

• Grip Socks Required: All individuals entering Digital Sports Arena are required to wear grip socks (socks with a rubber layer underneath). Note: Grip socks are NOT included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately at RM7.00 per pair.
• Park Attendant Instructions: All visitors must comply with all rules and instructions given by Digital Sports Arena park attendants.
• Unsafe behavior: Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises.
• Assumption of Risk: Participation in Digital Sports Arena activities is at your own risk. The park is not liable for incidents unrelated to equipment quality or malfunctions. Any accidents or injuries resulting from a visitor's violation of these Terms and Conditions or park rules are the sole responsibility of the visitor.
• Supervision: Digital Sports Arena does not provide supervision. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
• Personal Belongings: Parents and guardians are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing. Digital Sports Arena is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Shoes: Please remove your shoes before entering the park.
• Prohibited Items:
  • Outside Food and Drinks: No outside food or beverages are permitted within the park.
  • Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited within the park.
  • Prams/Wheelchairs: Prams and wheelchairs are not permitted inside Digital Sports Arena.

5. Accessibility and Health Considerations

• Restricted Entry: For safety reasons, entry to Digital Sports Arena is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for the following individuals:

  • Individuals with Disabilities (OKU) with Mobility disability
  • Wheelchair users
  • Pregnant women
  • Individuals with heart disease
  • Individuals with hypertension

• General Safety: Entry to i-City Theme Park rides and attractions is subject to safety height and weight regulations, as well as the park's general terms and conditions.
  

6. Refunds and Exchanges

• No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete.
• Maintenance/Closure: No refunds will be issued due to ride maintenance, ride closures, or inclement weather.
