Calling all Apple Fans!! Before you prepare to blow away your college funds, here are some features you need know about New AirPods Max.
1. The Crown

A Digital Crown is affixed to the right cup which operates similarly to the crown on the Apple Watch. The purpose is to control volume, to pause/play or answer the phone, to skip forward and back on your song audio playlist and to connect to Siri.
There is also a rounded rectangular button for one function: turning noise cancellation on and off.
2. It knows when you are wearing it

The AirPods Max is equipped with a tonne of motion sensors, so it can automatically detect when they are on a user's head. Just like how AirPods know they're in your ear too. You can set your AirPods Max to automatically pause if you remove the headphones, or even "when the user simply lifts one ear cup."
3. It connects to almost all Apple devices

AirPods Max pairs most easily with theiPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV. Apple devices will automatically recognize their presence when logged in through iCloud. AirPods Max has more functions than just listening to audio, they can also be used with Siri and as a means of making/receiving phone calls (when paired with Apple devices).
These AirPods Max are scheduled to launch on December 15 in the US. Looks like we know what to add to our Christmas wish list! We just need to have one!
