Make An OREO McFlurry At Home With Only 3 Ingredients!

Remember those times you waited in terribly long lines at McDonalds for your dessert fix and got so let down when you find out their ice cream machines are broken? Then you can only proceed to go home and wallow in empty despair that you’ve wasted your time only to come home empty handed.

Well do we have terrific news for you! You can now make your own OREO McFlurry in the comfort of your own homes with 3 simple ingredients you can get anywhere. You’ll just need to have equal parts of heavy cream and condensed milk and obviously, a pack (or two) of Oreo cookies on hand. What's more, you can even make it without using a blender.

Here’s how you do it:

1. Place a pack of Oreo cookies into a Ziplock bag and crush them to fine pieces. You could use a heavy pan or a rolling pin to help you whack those cookies to crumbs.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream with the condensed milk. You could use a spoon or a whisk. Stir it up until the texture resembles melted soft serve. We recommend adding the milk in a little at a time so you can control how thick you want it to be. Help yourself to as many taste tests as you need.
3. Once the cream mixture is perfectly incorporated, add in those Oreo pieces!
4. Stir it well and pour the mixture into a flat pan or a tray.
5. Leave it to cool in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours.

You can always try substituting the Oreo cookies for other chucky treats such as M&Ms or Kit Kat, the rest of the steps will remain the same! Get creative with the toppings and satisfy your cravings anytime!

Quarantine really has brought out the chef in all of us. If you’re looking for a recipe to try then why not this one? We would love to hear how it turned out for you!
