Errol Musk, the father of a genius entrepreneur Elon Musk, was once tried and acquitted of manslaughter. This was from a breaking and entering incident where three robbers broke into Errol’s Johannesburg home. Errol shot and killed those men. This event has strain the father and son’s relationship with Elon calling out his father Errol as “evil.”

Elon Musk’s mother, Maye Musk, is a professional model. Maye has been a model for half a century but her modelling career has recently really taken off with her appearances on the covers of magazines such as Time magazine health edition, Women's Day, and Vogue. She is a registered dietician and renown author of the book, ‘A Woman Makes a Plan: Advice for a Lifetime of Adventure, Beauty, and Success’.
3.Musk Was A School Bullying Victim

Musk’s personality as a child is polar opposites to how the world sees him now. He was so quiet as a child that his parents were concerned that he may be deaf. He was also often bullied for being the youngest and smallest boy in his class. The bullying was so severe that he was “almost beaten to death” on one occasion. To get him out of his shell, he mastered karate, judo and wrestling by the age of 15.

It may sound ridiculous that the world’s wealthiest person only earns a yearly salary of $1. But it is true as Musk earns more from his stock options and compensations. Musk is actually no stranger to living with close to no income as apparently lived on $1 a day while in college by buying hot dogs and oranges in bulk.
