• SnoWalk is valid for ONE (1) day only during the check-in period.
• The SnoWalk ticket is redeemable by using our mobile app with the download i-City SuperApp from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your ticket will be credited to your account (My e-Tix). Proceed to each attraction and flash the QR code from the mobile app. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp)
• Jackets and boots are included for FREE when entering the SnoWalk.
• NO outside food and drinks are allowed into SnoWalk & WaterWorld.
• No refund due to maintenance, ride closure and inclement weather.
• NO REFUND or exchange of ticket to cash after purchase transaction is completed.

HOW TO APPLY

Step 1: Complete the purchase for the Stay and Play 2D1N Package.

Step 2: You will receive the order confirmation through the email address provided in the checkout form.

Step 3: Fill up the application form.

Step 4: We will email you the confirmation voucher once we receive it from Best Western Hotel.

REMAKRS

1. After a successful purchase transaction, you may need to fill-up the Check-In Date Form and your Confirmation Voucher will only be processed. 
2. Kindly allow THREE (3) working days for the confirmation process.
3. After the hotel voucher is processed, it will be send in a separate email. Kindly present the Confirmation Voucher to the Best Western Hotel’s receptionist during your check-in date. 
4. Attractions operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

HOTEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit including prevailing taxes. Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Price given is based on TWO (2) persons and room on twin-sharing basis.
3. Room Check-In at 2.00pm and Check-Out at 12.00 noon.
4. All room reservations are subject to room availability. Customers are required to call our customer service to check for room availability before payment of the online booking.
5. Online ticket purchase for 2D1N Stay & Play room booking should be made at least SEVEN (7) days before the visit date. Purchase on the day of arrival is NOT available.
6. This package voucher is only valid for the booked date with the Best Western Hotel's customer service. All tickets unredeemed on the specific visit date will be FORFEITED and considered as NO SHOW.
7. All requests for connecting, adjacent, same floor, next to each other, non-smoking, view preference, king or twin bed will be on request basis upon check-in. The surcharge may apply.
