Package Details

1. Definitions and Age Categories

• Participant: Any individual using the VR equipment.
• Minimum Height: All participants must be at least 120cm tall. There is no upper age limit.
• OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, which translates to Individuals with Disabilities.
  

2. Pricing and Entry

• Nationality: Package prices are applicable to both Malaysian and Non-Malaysian visitors.
• Ticket Redemption: Package entry is exclusively redeemable through the i-City SuperApp. The purchased package will be credited to your account under "Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets." Present the QR code from the i-City SuperApp at each attraction for entry. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp)
• Valid Ticket: All visitors within the VR Experience area must posses a valid ticket.
• Valid Visit Period: Tickets can be used on any date BEFORE 1 January 2026, subject to attraction availability. No extensions will be granted.
• Same-Day Use Only: Ticket entry is VALID for the SAME DAY of redemption only. No carry-forward or re-entry on another day is allowed.
• Activation and Expiry: Once any attractions or ride within the package is activated, the entire ticket becomes valid for the same day only, regardless of whether all entitlements have been used.
• Single Redemption Session: Tickets purchased in a single transaction must be redeemed together and CANNOT be split across multiple days or users.
• Surcharge for Non-Compliance: Any visitor found inside the park without a valid ticket and wristband will be liable to a surcharge of RM300.00.
  

3. Mandatory Waiver Form

• Waiver Required: Prior to entering Virtual Sports, all visitors must complete a "Waiver Form."
• Adult/Guardian Completion: The Waiver Form must be completed by:
  • Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves.
  • Parents or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age).
• Failure to complete the form will deny entry to any attractions.
  

4. Safety and Conduct Rules

• VR Headset Use: All participants must wear the VR headset securely and follow the instructions given by park attendants.
• Session Length: Each entry is for one session, which lasts 7 minutes.
• Minimum Participants: Each session requires at least two participants to begin.
• Substance use: Participants must not enter the Virtual Sports under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Park Attendant Instructions: All visitors must comply with all rules and instructions given by Virtual Sports park attendants.
• Unsafe behavior: Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises.
• Assumption of Risk: Participation is at your own risk. You are responsible for following safety guidelines. The park is not liable for accidents caused by rule violations or incidents unrelated to equipment quality or malfunctions.
• Supervision: Virtual Sports does not provide supervision. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
• Personal Belongings: The park is not liable for any lost, stolen or damage items.
• Prohibited Items:
  • Jewelry and Sharp Objects: Jewelry and sharp objects are not permitted. Do not wear or carry loose items like steel belt buckles, key chains, or hard objects in your pockets.
  • Outside Food and Drinks: No outside food or beverages are permitted.
  • Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited.
  • Prams/Wheelchairs: Prams and wheelchairs are not permitted inside the VR experience area.

5. Accessibility and Health Considerations

• Health Requirements: Participants should be in good health and free from medical conditions that could be made worse by the VR experience. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • History of seizures, fainting, or epilepsy
  • Severe heart conditions or high blood pressure
  • Sensory sensitivity or vertigo
• Medical Devices: The VR equipment is not allowed for individuals with pacemakers or other sensitive medical devices.
• Eyesight: Participants with severe nearsightedness or those wearing glasses should be careful when using the VR equipment.
• Restricted Entry: For safety reasons, pregnant women, individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, heart conditions, severe motion sickness) and OKU with Mobility Disability are advised not to participate.
• General Safety: Entry to i-City Theme Park rides and attractions is subject to safety height and weight regulations, as well as the park's general terms and conditions.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

• No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete.
• Maintenance/Closure: No refunds will be issued due to ride maintenance, ride closures, or inclement weather.
