Package Details

1. Definitions and Age Categories

• Driver: Any individual operating a kart who meets both the height and age requirements.
• Passenger: Any individual riding in a double-seater kart but not operating it.
• Beginner/Twin Kart: Top speed of 40 km/h.
• Advanced Kart: Top speed of 60 km/h.
• OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, which translates to Individuals with Disabilities.
  

• Driver Requirements:

  • Minimum Age: All drivers must be at least 15 years old.
  • Minimum Height: All drivers must be at least 140cm in height.
  • Marshal's Discretion: Eligibility is also subject to the judgment of the Race Karting Marshal.

  Passenger Requirements (Double-Seater Karts):

  • Minimum Height: Passengers must be at least 105cm in height.

2. Pricing and Entry

• Nationality: Package prices are applicable to both Malaysian and Non-Malaysian visitors.
• Ticket Redemption: Package entry is exclusively redeemable through the i-City SuperApp. The purchased package will be credited to your account under "Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets." Present the QR code from the i-City SuperApp at each attraction for entry. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp)
• Valid Ticket: All visitors inside Race Karting must possess a valid ticket.
• Triple Play Package Rules:
  • Single-Person Use: The Triple Play Package is strictly for single-person use only and is non-transferable. Sharing is not allowed.
  • Entitlements: Includes one (1) ride on a Beginner or Twin Kart, with a 30-minute driving stint.
  • Exclusions: Gloves and a face mask (balaclava) are not included and must be provided by the participant or purchased separately.
    
• Valid Visit Period: Tickets can be used on any date BEFORE 1 January 2026, subject to attraction availability. No extensions will be granted.
  
• Same-Day Use Only: Ticket entry is VALID for the SAME DAY of redemption only. No carry-forward or re-entry on another day is allowed.
• Activation and Expiry: Once any attractions or ride within the package is activated, the entire ticket becomes valid for the same day only, regardless of whether all entitlements have been used.
• Single Redemption Session: Tickets purchased in a single transaction must be redeemed together and CANNOT be split across multiple days or users.
• Surcharge for Non-Compliance: Any visitor found inside the park without a valid ticket and wristband will be liable to a surcharge of RM300.00.

3. Mandatory Waiver Form

• Waiver Required: Prior to participating in Race Karting, all visitors must complete a "Waiver Form."
• Adult/Guardian Completion: The Waiver Form must be completed by:
  • Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves.
  • Parents or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age).
• Failure to complete the form will deny entry to any attractions.

4. Safety and Conduct Rules

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in Race Karting activities is at your own risk.
• Unsafe behavior: Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises
• Face Mask and Gloves: All individuals are required to wear a face mask (balaclava) and gloves. You may bring your own or purchase them upon entry.
• Safety Marshall Instructions: All visitors must comply with all rules and instructions given by Race Karting park attendants.
• Required Attire:
  • Drivers and passengers must wear closed-toe shoes.
  • Loose-fitting clothing like dresses and skirts are not allowed.
  • Long hair and scarves must be secured in a ponytail and tucked into the back of a shirt or jacket.
• Health and Substance: Visitors must be free from any medical, mental, or physical illness and free from any influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Prohibited Items:
  • Outside Food and Drinks: No outside food or beverages are permitted.
  • Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited.

5. Accessibility and Health Considerations

• Restricted Entry: For safety reasons, entry to Race Karting is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for the following individuals:
  • Individuals with Disabilities (OKU)
  • Wheelchair users
  • Pregnant women
  • Individuals with heart disease
  • Individuals with hypertension

6. Refunds and Exchanges

• No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete.
• Maintenance/Closure: No refunds will be issued due to ride maintenance, ride closures, or inclement weather.
