Package Details

1. Definitions and Age Categories

  • Infant/Toddler: Any individual below 12 months of age is free entry with the purchase of at least one (1) Child ticket for the same attraction. Proof of child’s age ID must be presented upon request.
  • Child: Any individual aged above 12 months and up to 16 years old.
    • Below 90cm in height: Adult ticket pricing applies.
    • 90cm and above in height: Child ticket pricing applies.
    • Proof of child’s age ID must be presented upon request Note: Children MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (17 years or older) at all times.
  • Adult: Any individual aged 17 to 59 years.
  • Senior Citizen: Any individual aged 60 years or older. (Adult pricing applies)
  • Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth.
  • OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, which translates to Individuals with Disabilities.

2. Pricing and Entry

  • Nationality: Package prices are applicable to both Malaysian and Non-Malaysian visitors.
  • Exclusive Online Offer: This offer is available ONLY via ONLINE purchase and the i-City SuperApp. Not available for walk-in or on-site purchase.
  • Weekday/Weekend Rates:
    • Kidz World (Weekday): Rates apply Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysian Public and School Holidays. (Exclusively available in i-City SuperApp)
    • Kidz World (Weekend): Rates apply on Saturdays, Sundays, and during Malaysian Public and School Holidays.
  • Ticket Redemption: Package entry is exclusively redeemable through the i-City SuperApp. The purchased package will be credited to your account under "Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets." Present the QR code from the i-City SuperApp at each attraction for entry. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp)
  • Valid Visit Period: Tickets can be used on any date BEFORE 1 January 2026, subject to attraction availability. No extensions will be granted.
  • Same-Day Use Only: Ticket entry is VALID for the SAME DAY of redemption only. No carry-forward or re-entry on another day is allowed.
  • Activation and Expiry: Once any attractions or ride within the package is activated, the entire ticket becomes valid for the same day only, regardless of whether all entitlements have been used.
  • Single Redemption Session: Tickets purchased in a single transaction must be redeemed together and CANNOT be split across multiple days or users.
  • Valid Ticket and Wristband Required: All visitors within Kidz World must possess a valid ticket and wear the issued wristband.
  • Surcharge for Non-Compliance: Any visitor found inside the park without a valid ticket and wristband will be liable to a surcharge of RM300.00.

3. Mandatory Waiver Form

  • Waiver Required: Prior to entering Kidz World, all visitors must complete a "Waiver Form."
  • Adult/Guardian Completion: The Waiver Form must be completed by:
    • Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves.
    • Parents or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age).
  • Failure to complete the form will deny entry to Kidz World.

4. Safety and Conduct Rules

  • Grip Socks Required: All individuals entering Kidz World are required to wear grip socks that meet Kidz World's safety standards.
  • Park Attendant Instructions: All visitors must comply with all rules and instructions given by Kidz World park attendants.
  • Unsafe behavior: Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises.
  • Assumption of Risk: Participation in Kidz World activities is at your own risk. The park is not liable for incidents unrelated to equipment quality or malfunctions. Any accidents or injuries resulting from a visitor's violation of these Terms and Conditions or park rules are the sole responsibility of the visitor.
  • Supervision: Kidz World does not provide supervision. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
  • Personal Belongings: Parents and guardians are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing. Kidz World is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Prohibited Items:
    • Outside Food and Drinks: No outside food or beverages are permitted within the park.
    • Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited within the park.
    • Prams/wheelchairs: Prams/wheelchairs are not permitted inside Kidz World due to the venue's layout and structure.
    • Jewelry and Sharp Objects: Jewelry and sharp objects are not permitted within the park. Participants must not wear or carry loose items such as steel belt buckles, key chains, or hard objects in their pockets.

5. Accessibility and Health Considerations

  • Individuals with Disabilities (OKU): Individuals with disabilities are welcome at Kidz World but MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult or guardian at all times. Individuals with mobility disabilities are strongly discouraged from entering, as the venue may not be suitable or accessible.
  • Pregnancy and Medical Conditions: For their safety, pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions are advised not to participate in Kidz World activities. If you have any concerns, please consult with your physician before visiting.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete.
  • Maintenance/Closure: No refunds will be issued due to ride maintenance, ride closures, or inclement weather.
