Package Details
1. Definitions and Age Categories
- Infant/Toddler: Any individual below 90cm in height. Note: Free of charge, but with specific attraction restrictions. See "Accessibility and Health Considerations" below.
- Child: Any individual 90cm in height or taller, and up to 10 years of age.Ā Note: Children MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (17 years or older) at all times.
- Adult: Any individual aged 11 to 59 years.
- Senior Citizen: Any individual aged 60 years or older. (Child pricing applies)
- Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth.
- OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, which translates to Individuals with Disabilities.
2. Pricing and Entry
- Nationality: Package prices are applicable to both Malaysian and Non-Malaysian visitors.
- Ticket Redemption: Package entry is exclusively redeemable through the i-City SuperApp. The purchased package will be credited to your account under "Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets." Present the QR code from the i-City SuperApp at each attraction for entry. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp)
- Valid Ticket:Ā All visitors inside i-City Theme Park using the All Day Happyness PassĀ mustĀ possess a valid pass.
- Valid Visit Period: Tickets can be used on any date BEFORE 1 January 2026, subject to attraction availability. No extensions will be granted.
- Single Entry:Ā The All Day Happyness Pass providesĀ single entryĀ to all rides in operation on theĀ same dayĀ of your visit.
- Same-Day Use Only: Ticket entry is VALID for the SAME DAY of redemption only. No carry-forward or re-entry on another day is allowed.
- Activation and Expiry: Once any attractions or ride within the package is activated, the entire ticket becomes valid for the same day only, regardless of whether all entitlements have been used.
- Single Redemption Session: Tickets purchased in a single transaction must be redeemed together and CANNOT be split across multiple days or users.

- Rental of lockers
- 3rd party vendor services
- Surcharge for Non-Compliance: Any visitor found inside the park without a valid ticket and wristband will be liable to a surcharge of RM300.00.
3. Mandatory Waiver Form
- Waiver Required: Prior to entering Theme Park, all visitors must complete a "Waiver Form."

Adult/Guardian Completion: The Waiver Form must be completed by:
- Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves.
- Parents or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age).
- Failure to complete the form will deny entry to any attractions.
4. Safety and Conduct Rules
- Physical Condition:Ā All individuals must ensure they are in good physical condition and able to participate in the activities.
- Park Attendant Instructions: All visitors must comply with all rules and instructions given by Theme Park park attendants.
- Unsafe behavior: Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises.
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in Theme Park activities is at your own risk. The park is not liable for incidents unrelated to equipment quality or malfunctions. Any accidents or injuries resulting from a visitor's violation of these Terms and Conditions or park rules are the sole responsibility of the visitor.
- Supervision: Theme Park does not provide supervision. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
- Personal Belongings: Parents and guardians are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing. i-City Theme Park is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Subject to safetyĀ height and weight regulations. Theme Park terms & conditions, rules & regulations apply.
5. Accessibility and Health Considerations
- Infants/Toddlers: Infants under 1 year old or those unable to walk independently are NOT PERMITTED in SnoWalk & London Village for safety reasons. Access to other attractions is subject to both safety requirements and ticketing policies. While safety guidelines determine eligibility for participation, entry to attractions such as Kidz World, MySports, and SportStars requires a valid ticket
- Individuals with Disabilities (OKU), Wheelchair Users, Pregnant Women:Ā Entry for individuals with disabilities (OKU), wheelchair users, and pregnant women is subject to the safety regulations and general terms and conditions ofĀ each individual attractionĀ within i-City Theme Park. They areĀ STRICTLY PROHIBITEDĀ from entering SnoWalk and London Village.Ā Please contact us directly for inquiries about specific attractions.
- Prams:Ā Prams areĀ NOT ALLOWEDĀ in any attractionsĀ exceptĀ for WaterWorld.

General Safety:Ā Entry toĀ allĀ i-City Theme Park rides and attractions is subject to safety height, and the park's general terms and conditions.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
- No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete.
- Maintenance/Closure: No refunds will be issued due to ride maintenance, ride closures, or inclement weather.
