  • This package can be redeemed through our mobile app by downloading the i-City SuperApp from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, where your ticket will be credited to your account under "My Active Tickets.” Proceed to the attraction and flash the QR code from the mobile app. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp)
  • Ticket entry is VALID for SAME day only.
  • Floats and raincoats are included in the entry ticket for FREE. No extra charges.
  • Every individual is requested to follow the rules and instructions given by the staff at SkyCity Tower.
  • Any accidents resulting from violations of the below rules or failing to adhere to the requirements, resulting in accidents, will be the responsibility of the visitor. The park is not responsible for incidents not related to equipment quality.
  • Parents are responsible for the safety of their children, as well as the care of their personal belongings and clothing, and must adhere to all instructions provided by staff. The park shall not be held liable for any loss or damage.
  • During the ride, adults should sit behind and hold the children for proper balance and safe riding positions.
  • NO extended stays, climbing, chasing, jumping, filming, or throwing objects from the SkyCity Tower platform, and during and after the ride.
  • NO outside food and drinks allowed into SkyCity Tower.
  • NO SMOKING at the SkyCity Tower. Vaping and electronic cigarettes are also NOT allowed.
  • Jewelry or sharp objects are NOT permitted at SkyCity Tower. Participants should refrain from wearing or carrying loose items such as steel belt buckles, knives, needles, key chains, or hard objects in their pockets to avoid damage to facilities and prevent danger.
  • NO REFUND due to maintenance, ride closure and inclement weather.
  • NO REFUND or EXCHANGE of ticket to cash after purchase transaction is completed.

  • Child: Above 90cm until 10 years old. (MUST be accompanied by a PAID ADULT at all times)
  • Infant/Toddler: Below 90cm (Free of charge). Entry to i-City Theme Park rides and attractions is subject to the park's safety regulations and terms and conditions. Infants unable to walk and below 1 year old are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO RIDE SKYCITY SLIDE  for safety reasons.
  • Child: 90cm and above, up to 10 years old. (MUST be accompanied by a PAID ADULT at all times)
  • Adult: 11 years old & above and below 60 years old.
  • Senior Citizen: 60 years old and above (Child price applies.)
  • OKU/Wheelchair user/Pregnant mom: Entry to rides and attractions at i-City Theme Park for OKU (persons with disabilities), wheelchair users, and pregnant mothers is subject to the park's safety regulations and terms and conditions. Kindly call in for further inquiries.
  • Individuals with Health Conditions: Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, mental health disorders, fear of heights or water, susceptibility to motion sickness, intoxication, or other medical conditions are STRONGLY NOT ADVISED to participate in this activity.
  • Prams & Wheelchairs are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into SkyCity Tower.
