Got a special voucher code? Sweet! Here's how to get your tickets in just a few taps.
Terms & Conditions
- Redemption via i-City SuperApp: This voucher must be redeemed through the i-City SuperApp by applying the code.
- Validity: The voucher is valid until 19th December 2025.
- Non-Transferable: The voucher cannot be replaced if lost.
- No Cash Redemption: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Management's Discretion: i-City reserves the right to refuse the voucher under unforeseen circumstances.
📲 Step 1: Get the i-City SuperApp
First things first! If you don't have the app, just scan this QR code with your phone to download it.
🎟️ Step 2: Open the App & Find the Icon
Open your SuperApp and log in. On the homepage, tap that little QR icon in the top right corner. (Yep, that one!)
⌨️ Step 3: Enter Your Magic Code
You'll land on the 'Redeem' page. Make sure the 'Redeem Code' tab is selected. Just type your voucher code into the box and hit the "REDEEM" button.
🎉 Step 4: You're In! Find Your Tickets
Bada-bing, bada-boom! You'll see a success message, and your new tickets will be waiting for you. Find them under Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets.
