Nearing the end of 2020, while we were all making our new year's resolutions, Elon Musk was also making his. In a much talked about tweet, Musk announced that he planned to sell "almost all physical possessions" and would "own no house’.

Not long after that tweet, Musk announced that he would be relocating to Texas and went on to put three of his multi million dollar homes for sale. All three houses are on the same cul-de-sac in the Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The properties were worth a total of USD 40.9 million combined with the most expensive one sold for USD 29.72 million. Musk had apparently made his decision to sell just days before he and girlfriend, Grimes welcomed a new baby.

Musk has since already personally moved to Texas which was caused after some dispute with California lawmakers on his factory operations. His next plans are to move Tesla’s HQ to Texas and Nevada immediately.
