How To Redeem Theme Park Ticket
After purchasing the tickets, an email will be sent to the email address you used to purchase the tickets. The email will contain a username and password for you to login to our Mobile Application (i-City SuperApp).
The Mobile Application can be installed from the Play Store/App Store
After installing the Mobile Application and logging in, you can see the tickets you purchased at the "My e-Tix" section.
To redeem your tickets, simply scan the QR code in the App at the ride's counter.
Important Note:
- Make sure your mobile phone has a strong internet connection when logging into the i-City SuperApp.
