1. Definitions and Age Categories

• Infant/Toddler: Any individual below 90cm in height. Note: Free of charge but with specific attraction restrictions.
• Child: Any individual 90cm in height or taller, and up to 10 years of age. Note: Children MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (17 years or older) at all times.
• Adult: Any individual aged 11 to 59 years.
• Senior Citizen: Any individual aged 60 years or older. Note: Child pricing applies.
• Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth.
• OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya (Individuals with Disabilities).

2. Pricing and Entry

• Registration Required: This complimentary ticket must be registered to be valid.
• Ticket Redemption: Entry is exclusively redeemable through the i-City SuperApp. Present the QR code from the app for entry.
• Specific Date: Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase/registration.
• Valid Ticket: All visitors inside WynSnow must possess a valid ticket. Entry is subject to park capacity.
• Surcharge: Any visitor found inside without a valid ticket will be liable to a surcharge of RM300.00.

3. Mandatory Waiver Form

• Waiver Required: Prior to entering WynSnow, all visitors (or their parent/guardian) must complete a "Waiver Form."
• Completion: The form must be completed by adult visitors (17+) for themselves, and by parents/guardians for any accompanying children (under 17). Failure to comply will result in denied entry.

4. Safety and Conduct Rules

• Assumption of Risk: Participation is at your own risk.
• Compliance: Visitors must comply with all rules and instructions from park attendants.
• Right to Refuse/Remove: Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the park for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior without refund.
• Supervision: WynSnow does not provide supervision. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their children.
• Personal Belongings: WynSnow is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Prohibited Items: No outside food/drinks, smoking/vaping, prams, jewelry, or sharp/loose objects.

5. Accessibility and Health Considerations

• Restricted Entry: For safety reasons, entry to WynSnow is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for the following individuals: Infants below 1 year old who cannot walk, individuals with mobility disabilities (OKU), wheelchair users, and pregnant women.
• General Safety: Entry to other i-City Theme Park rides for the above individuals is subject to separate regulations.

6. Refunds, Exchanges, and Amendments

• No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales and redemptions are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after the transaction is complete.
• Closures: No refunds will be issued due to attraction maintenance, closures, or inclement weather.
• Right to Amend: Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

7. Media Consent

• By entering the park, you consent for yourself and your children to be photographed, filmed, or recorded. The company may use these materials for promotional purposes without payment or notification.
